I HAVE A COMMISSION!

Guy down the street wants grants for his not for profit mini parks. I want to get this business started. I also want to get money for a vision I have, an adult day care program housed in that eyesore on south seaward here in ventura, california. It is one of those "doomed" properties that has never been sucessful for very long. You know what I mean? Seems that everything that goes in, fails in a relatively short period?
